Nestled in the heart of the region and just moments from the Smoky Mountains National Park, our estate offers a breathtaking blend of mountain vistas and riverside charm. The estate includes a cozy, thoughtfully designed cabin perfect for getting ready or accommodating overnight stays. A modern covered reception space brings style and comfort together, allowing you to celebrate rain or shine. Wander across the picturesque covered bridge or exchange vows beneath our romantic outdoor gazebo; each space crafted to elevate your experience and your photos.

WHO WE ARE
Our story begins in 2016, when David and Helene first visited the Smoky Mountains National Park and instantly felt transported back to the peaceful landscapes of Lozère, France, where Helene grew up. What started as a single short-term rental quickly grew into a small collection of seven properties, each inspired by their love for nature, hospitality, and the serenity of the mountains.
Everything changed the day we stepped onto a beautiful riverfront property. I’m Justine, their daughter, and the moment I arrived, I said, “I can see myself getting married here.” A few years later, I did; and that unforgettable experience inspired the creation of The Pearl of the Valley, a family-owned and intentionally intimate wedding venue designed for meaningful moments surrounded by nature.
Today, I manage the day-to-day operations, and as a Pearl couple, you’ll always work directly with me or someone from our small, dedicated team. We’re honored to share this special place with others and to help create weddings that feel personal, peaceful, and truly one of a kind.
